MCCA, Inc., a non-profit organization is seeking requests for proposals for the renovations of the New Haven Outpatient Clinic located at 215 Whalley Avenue, New Haven, CT 06511. We will receive sealed proposals on or before 3:00 p.m. EST, Friday June 28, 2024 at 38 Old Ridgebury Road, Danbury, CT 06810 or through email at 215whalleyaverenovations@mccaonline.com . Said bids will be opened and read aloud at this time.

Proposals will be received for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment necessary to complete renovations and improvements of the MCCA, Inc. 215 Whalley Avenue Facility Renovations.

The project will be financed with the Health Disparities and Prevention Grant (HDPG) from the Department of Public Health as well as the Not-for-Profit Grant Program Round 8 from the Office of Policy and Management. All contractors must comply with the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities requirements.

All requests for information, (RFI) for this bid must be received by 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday June 3, 2024 to jgould@kbarch.com and will be answered by 5:00 p.m. EST, Thursday June 6, 2024.

A mandatory pre-bid walk-through will be held on Friday May 31, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. Please meet at 215 Whalley Avenue, New Haven and confirm your attendance with Joan Gould at jgould@kbarch.com. All bid forms must be completely filled in when submitted.
