The Construction Manager, THE WHITING-TURNER CONTRACTING COMPANY, will receive SEALED BIDS in DUPLICATE on behalf of ConnCORP at The Lab at ConnCORP located at 496 Newhall Street, Hamden, CT 06517 until exactly 10:00AM on Friday August 2, 2024. Bids should also be emailed to 020822@whiting-turner.com no later than 12:00PM on Friday August 2, 2024. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at The Lab at ConnCORP.

Questions and RFIs must be made in writing and directed via e-mail to Whiting-Turner at 020822@whiting-turner.com. The last date for question submissions is Friday July 19, 2024

Pre-Bid Conference will be held Monday July 15, 2024 @ 9:00AM for all bidders. It is strongly recommended that each bidder visit the site.
